TeliPhone for Business
TeliPhone specializes in hosted business telephony systems and related digital services that reduce customer capital equipment costs while offering global incoming and outgoing call services with best-of-breed call quality.
TeliPhone for business provides digital services in five key areas:
- Voice Services which include Business IP lines, Business IP Trunks, Fax to Email, long distance/toll free services and inbound phone numbers from over 50 countries
- Business Internet services including office connect, point to point, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and customized solutions
- Hosted IP PBX systems for individual, multi-location offices and multiple retail store applications
- Mobile phone services which piggy-back onto our global IP network providing unlimited calling at a low fixed price
- Global PRI which offers the ultimate flexibility for local or international business. Phone numbers can be added in any combination, ie. Local numbers combined with some international ones, toll free numbers – all with unlimited calling at a fixed price.
TeliPhone for Residential Customers
TeliPhone provides residential customers with a full range of digital telecommunications products including:
- High speed DSL Internet with service up to 25 Mbps and unlimited downloading
- Internet television (IPTV) which provides high quality local, specialty and international channels streamed to the home via the Internet
- Voice over IP (VoIP) residential phone lines
- Long distance
- Mobile phone service with unlimited voice and data plans
About NYTEX
NYTEX was launched in June 2009 and uses a proprietary algorithm which commoditizes international telecommunications minutes. NYTEX also developed the concept of trading of blocks of minutes and when used in conjunction with the algorithm allows minutes to be traded like any other commodity as in other mercantile exchanges. NYTEX provides a trading platform for wholesale carriers, mobile and fixed network operators and retail operators and acts as the central clearing house to all exchange-traded transactions therefore ensuring the delivery and fulfillment of these transactions. NYTEX has a number of proprietary value added features such as an integrated US Dollar and Euro trading floors which eliminates currency risk, an anti-false answer supervision system and tTrader, a direct trading option. With data centers in Montreal (NYTEX), London (LondonTelex) and Brussels (Europe Telecom Exchange), NYTEX aims to create a new economy based on telecommunications trading.

August, 2004
Teliphone Inc. is founded and commences development of its International IP-based telecommunications network.
April, 2005
Teliphone Inc. merges with OSK Capital II Corp. and becomes a public Nevada-based company (becomes Teliphone Corp.) and commences public filing of its financials with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
February 2008
Teliphone Corp. acquires the clients of Dialek Telecom of Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.
June, 2008
Teliphone Corp. commences trading of its common stock over-the-counter on the US OTCBB exchange under the ticker symbol TLPH.
May, 2009
Teliphone Corp. acquires the clients of Orion Communications Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
