Lawry has been the President and CEO of Teliphone Corp since 2010. He has considerable a business development background with nearly 30 years experience. He holds a BSc (Honours) and MSc from Carleton University and a joint MBA from McGill University and the Manchester Business School of the University of Manchester. In 1991 he founded Strathmere Associates International Limited, an Ottawa-based business and economic development consulting firm which serves the public, private and not-for-profit sectors and still serves as its President.
He has served as a consultant to major corporations such as Bayer, Alcan, the Bendix Corporation as well as several Canadian Government Departments including Industry Canada, National Defence and the Canadian International Development Agency. He is a regular consultant for the World Bank in Washington having supported the development of a number of technology-based projects including the Global Development Learning Network and E-Link Americas. In 2007 he completed a LEAD Fellowship (Leadership in Environment and Development) and since that time has devoted his time to the organization as part of his Corporate Social Responsibility and has helped LEAD in the development of programs in idea generation and ethical decision making. |

Andreas has over 15 years of diverse business experience in the areas of company start-up, product development of data and telecommunications solutions, marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and sales training. He has spent a large portion of his career on developing marketing and sales programs for VARs, system integrators, agents and direct sales force. His executive leadership experience includes Vice President and partner at BV Communications; a leading reseller of telecommunication services in the Canadian SME markets.
His selling and channel development experience includes direct and indirect sales to the SME markets. He has a reputation for providing creative growth strategies, nurturing an efficient business culture, and achieving organizational excellence. |

Benoit has been immersed in technology since 1990, when his passionate career in telecommunications began with a computer manufacturing business. In 1994, he created EVAC (Electronic Virus Activity Control) a technology designed to electronically protect computers from viruses and the first of its kind. For his accomplishments in and contributions to the business world, in 1996 he was chosen Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). In 1997 he developed the Windows Based Intelligent Terminals (WinBit) to connect powerful central servers with the Microsoft Hydra operating system. He also pioneered what is now referred to as “cloud computing”.
In addition to téliPhone Benoit has been working with a number of incumbent operators (PTTs) in several countries across Africa to deploy and install platforms to manage and control their national and international telecommunication traffic. This is executed through NYTEX, the world’s first telecommunications commodity exchange, a company he founded in 2008 and is its Chief Technology Officer. |

Originally from Columbia where he worked as a software developer and IT technician for seventeen years, Eduardo holds a degree in Information Technology Analysis and Software Development from the Programmers Academy in Medellin, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Autonoma Latino-Americana University. While in Columbia he owned and managed a software development and IT services company for eight years. He also worked for Valores Simesa S.A. and was part of their ISO 9000 series certification team.
In 2000 Eduardo moved to the US to take on a position managing quality control for a major IT firm and then in 2005 he moved to Canada where he was hired as a Provision Manager, also with a major IT company. In 2007 he began his tenure at téliPhone, where he was able to apply his provisioning experience. Based on his exceptional skills and performance he was soon offered the position of Director of Operations and is now the Vice President of our Ontario and Western Canada offices where he manages the daily operation for all voice and data customers. |

Sandeep has lead organizations in his previous capacities as CEO, COO, CMO and President. He has worked as an entrepreneur successfully developing companies and building value for their stakeholders, particularly in the information technology / information security and telecommunications sectors.
He brings to the organization a creative spark, sound analytical reason, and a system of controls. His areas of expertise include: Determining project viability (whether from a financial, technological, or organizational capacity), development and implementation of business process, identification and mitigation of risk, and start-up / operational development and management. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has worked designing surgical instrumentation in the past. |

After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Europe had her start in the business world in 1996 when she worked for Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, one of the largest independent accounting firms in Canada. There, she handled various consulting tasks and gave tax advice to clients. Two years later she began working for an American accounting firm, Arthur Anderson, where she handled auditing for six years. In 2003, Miss Mourani started her own consulting firm called Consult-EM which offers expert advice on internal accounting and tax filing for businesses.
Still running her company, she began working at téliPhone after its creation in 2004 as our Head of Accounting. She helped set up the procedures for our internal processes and aided in the completion of our marketing plan. She is now our Financial Controller, where she oversees all aspects of financial reporting. |

Since the establishment of téliPhone in 2004, Simon has been key to our development. Having worked previously with our Founder for ten years, he was ready and willing to dedicate himself to this new company. As our Director of Credit and Collection, he ensures that timely payments are made to the corporation. His tasks include everything from sales to repairs to customer service.
He is the driving force behind the implementation of our new IPTV project. |

We are grateful to have had Max with us for seven years. After studying IT at Collège de Maisonneuve in Quebec he immediately began working in telecommunications, and has done so for several major companies. An IT genius, he manages all of our network operations, switching, and day to day operations while also managing shipping.
However in spite of all of the crucial tasks we rely on him for, it is cheerful attitude without which we could not survive. |

After receiving his BA from the University of Western Ontario in History & English, Chris entered the telecom industry where he has worked for the past twelve years. For the last three, we have been fortunate to have him as our Director of Communications Solutions where he oversees sales and major account management. Chris is an expert at providing customized voice and data solutions for téliPhone clients which he develops only after a thorough on site visit, and meeting with management and key communication stakeholders.
The result is a unique telecom service package to meet all the needs of the organization. |

Jean-François is the newest addition to the téliPhone team. He received his bachelors and masters in Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland. He also received his CCIE in Routing and Switching when he was in College. He is currently working on his MBA, while he designs, deploys, and maintains the networking infrastructure for téliPhone. He builds networks to reduce the cost of infrastructures and increase their performance to benefit all of our clients around the world. |
